If Jesus was a Real Man

This cartoon was actually turned down by Christian Life Magazine back in 2013. I was crushed with rejection, but since then I have bounced back and  had this cartoon and another one published in Jesus & Jugs Magazine last September. It was very exciting. Nothing beats getting things published in a magazine or eating some of your favorite food for free or even getting the news that the test results are negative. I remember in the seventh grade I was diagnosed with scoliosis. That is a curvature of the spine. I was devastated and told by my sister that I would be in a wheelchair by my sophomore year. I worried for weeks until the doctor told me that wouldn’t happened unless I got polio, hit by a train or something else severed my spine which he said was not uncommon.

Well, to date I do not have a severed spine. But I do know a few people in wheelchairs as well as an autistic kid and I have a friend who has a black neighbor. I don’t believe in judging people because of skin color, religion or what they wear. I do believe in judging people if they are bitches or pricks. And yes, I do judge people at Wal-Mart. Come on have you seen who shops there?  However, those people seem nice.

I personally shop at Wal-Mart for the their Wrangler cowboy shirts. They are eleven dollars usually, but I did find one for nine bucks once. Finding great deals is so cool. Have you ever bought something that you didn’t need, but the price was so low you had to get it. I once bought a six cattle prods because they were like $22.50 each. That is a deal even though I don’t have any cattle nor do I know how to prod.
